How are you?

Hi, I’m Nhil and I call myself Call Center Gal because I have been working in the call center industry for more than 5 years and because I’m a… gal!

Training is my specialty and once in a while I tackle related topics on this blog. Visit me often to learn about my thoughts in the industry, training in general, communication and the stuff most often linked to the every day life of a call center employee.

Yours in blogging,

  11. Your site looks really good. the only thing that I noticed is that, the ads takes time to load and sometimes, it’s not loading at all. I am viewing the site right and the avatars are not showing as well. You might want to run some analysis on your site for it to load easily and for optimization as well. :)

  12. nice blog. i’ve been in the call center industry for 5 years too. actually, i’m blogging while i’m working. multitasking, they say. hehehe
