It is always a pleasure to visit you dear. I personally work for a head hunting firm for call centers and your site has definitely keep me abreast with all the news - I used to be like yah and started the blog Call Center Life - which is now a bit idle and I have no idea what to do about it hehehe. But what you do is definitely commendable as you have been able to achieve what a lot of people have been trying to do - show the what it really is like to be a call center person and that it isnt just a career - it’s a lifestyle
